For REALTORS® and brokerages

Your MLS® listings on a website built for you, not a plugin.

Listings from REALTOR.ca DDF® arrive on your site on their own and update every hour — then go further than any plugin: showings booked into your calendar, enquiries pushed to your phone, social posts and buyer emails drafted from each new listing. We are opening this to one founding brokerage or agent first.

What your site does

Everything a listings site needs, on a site that reads like your business

Listings that update themselves

Your listings, your office's, or the National Shared Pool — whichever feeds you switch on in your DDF® Dashboard. Checked every hour; a property that leaves the market leaves your site.

Search, list, grid and map

Visitors filter by price, bedrooms, bathrooms, city and property type, search by address or MLS® number, and browse on a map that follows them as they zoom.

A page for every property

Photos, the facts, the map and your contact details on every listing, on your domain, built so search engines can find them.

Enquiries that say which home

Every enquiry lands in your inbox and your contact list with the MLS® number attached, so you know which property they called about before you call back.

Listings anywhere on the site

Featured listings on the homepage, a carousel for a neighbourhood page, a search box in the header — you place them like any other section.

CREA's rules, handled

The REALTOR.ca attribution, your brokerage name, the required notices and the listing reports CREA asks for are built in. We never ask for your DDF® username or password.

One listing, everywhere

A home goes live on REALTOR.ca. Here is what happens next.

The listing comes in from DDF® and your whole platform moves with it, without anyone retyping a thing.

Where a plugin stops

Your listings, wired into everything else we run for you

A listings plugin puts properties on a page. On webfaCeMEdia each listing also feeds your calendar, your phone, your social posts, your newsletter and your numbers.

Showings booked from the listing

A buyer picks a time on the property page and it lands in your Google Calendar with the MLS® number on it. No back-and-forth to find a slot.

The enquiry on your phone first

The webfaCeMEdia app on the App Store sends a push the moment someone asks about a home, so you call back while they are still looking at it.

New listing, social posts ready

When a listing goes live, posts for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn are drafted from its photos and details in your social calendar. You approve, it publishes.

New-listing emails to your buyers

Buyers who enquire join your list, and your newsletter sends them the homes that match, from your name, tracked to the click.

An assistant that answers at 11 p.m.

The chat on your site answers questions about the homes you show, collects the buyer's details and offers a showing, then hands the conversation to you.

Ask which listing is working

Analytics are built in and readable from Claude or ChatGPT. Ask which listing drew the most enquiries this week and get an answer, not a dashboard.

Ads for a listing or an open house

Campaigns on Meta and Google built from the listing, sent to you for approval before a dollar is spent, with enquiries counted back to the ad.

In English, French and Spanish

Your site and its property pages can run in three languages, each with its own address search engines can find, for the buyers you already serve.

The founding offer

One price to launch. One monthly fee for the listings.

C$4,997 one-time

Your full website, designed and finished by hand, with the listings connected: search, map, listing pages, enquiry routing and the CREA feed setup.

C$249 a month

Hourly listing updates, hosting for the listings and the CREA feed fees. As our founding client, this price is locked for your first two years. The app, analytics, social calendar and newsletters come with every webfaCeMEdia site; ads and webfaCe Desk are priced separately.

How it goes

From first call to listings live

  1. 01

    Talk to us

Which listings you want on the site, your brokerage, and what your current site gets wrong.

  2. 02

    Switch on your feed

In your DDF® Dashboard on member.realtor.ca you turn on the Member Website Feed, the National Shared Pool or both, and choose webfaCeMEdia as your provider. Salespeople need their brokerage owner to allow it. We walk you through every click.

  3. 03

    We build the site

You see the plan for your site first, then a designer finishes every page with you.

  4. 04

    Listings go live

Once CREA confirms the feed, your listings appear on the site and keep themselves current.

Common questions

Questions, answered

Why a founding client?

To deliver DDF® listings we register with CREA as a technology provider, and CREA approves that registration feed by feed. Our first client's feed is the one we register with, which is why the founding spot comes with a locked monthly price.

What if CREA does not approve the feed?

You get C$1,500 of the launch price back, the monthly listings fee never starts, and your new website is still delivered.

Which listings can I show?

Whatever you switch on in your DDF® Dashboard: your listings and your office's through the Member Website Feed, and other brokerages' listings through the National Shared Pool. DDF® carries active listings only.

I am a brokerage owner. Can my agents have this too?

Yes. You allow your agents' feeds in the DDF® Dashboard, and each agent can have their own site with the same listings on it. Talk to us about the office as a whole.

Are the site and the data mine?

Your content, your contacts and your domain stay yours, and the custom work we build for your site passes to you once it is paid for. The platform tools underneath remain ours. Listing data stays subject to CREA's rules.
