The webfaCeMEdia platform

One studio. Everything your business needs online.

A site planned in front of you and finished by hand, an app that puts it in your pocket, numbers you can ask about in plain language, a social calendar and newsletters run from one place — and webfaCe Desk, the assistant that runs the site, the posts and the campaigns, and develops the code.

What you get

Seven things your business gets back

Plan the redesign before you commit

Our planner takes your current site and your brand and sketches the new one — pages, copy and layout as they will ship — so you react to the thing itself, not a mood board, before a dollar changes hands.

Finished by hand

The plan is the start, not the product. A designer goes through every page — layout, brand voice, photography, the words on the buttons — and adjusts it to how you sell. You get a site that reads like your business, not like a template.

Your site in your pocket

The webfaCeMEdia app is on the App Store and every client gets it. Check your site, your leads and your numbers from your phone, and get a push when something needs you.

Numbers you can ask about

Every site we run has analytics built in, and the webfaCeMEdia connector puts them inside Claude or ChatGPT. Ask how last week went, which page brought the enquiries, what the ads returned — and get an answer, not a dashboard to decode.

Social, scheduled

A social calendar built into the platform plans and publishes your posts across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn from one place. You approve, it posts, and the results show up next to your website numbers.

Newsletters that land

Newsletters and sequences built into the platform, with deliverability handled. A three-touch sequence for a fitness client opened at 60–77% across its steps — written for the reader, sent from your name, tracked to the click.

webfaCe Desk runs it with you

webfaCe Desk is the assistant behind all of it. Through the webfaCeMEdia connector it edits your pages, schedules the social posts and sends the email campaigns; in Code mode it develops the site itself — features, fixes, tests — on its computer or yours. Every change is shown to you before it lands.

How it goes

From first call to launch, and on from there

  1. 01

    Tell us about the business

A short call or a form. What you sell, who buys it, what the current site gets wrong.

  2. 02

    See the plan

The planner shows you the new site with your brand on it. You react to the site itself, not a sketch.

  3. 03

    We finish it by hand

A designer works through every page with you until it reads like your business. Then it goes live on your domain.

  4. 04

Run it from your phone and your assistant

The app, the analytics, the social calendar and the newsletters all come with the site. Ask Claude how it is going.

  5. 05

    Desk takes it from there

A new page, a booking flow, next month's posts, a campaign to your list — you tell your Desk. It works through the connector or on the code, and shows you the change before it lands.

What clients say

Feedback from the businesses we work with

As we repositioned our services at JMPort, we needed a more powerful way to manage our tech stack. Webface built a unified platform that brought our CRM, email, social, scheduling, and AI tools into one system under our control. What was once in silos is now streamlined and scalable. We operate faster, with more clarity, and deliver across communications, proposals, and CRM workflows with speed — something that wouldn't be possible without this partnership.

Juan Montoya

Executive Creative Director & Founder, JMPort Design House

The site went live in bilingual EN/FR before we'd finished sending over the logo files. CRM, email, social — all handled. We're a maintenance company. We shouldn't have to run a tech stack to get leads.

Rass Torres

Co-Founder, MTMaintenance

Tommy rebuilt our phonics platform with live video integration — in real time, while we were running sessions — and then moved our whole site over. Two systems, one person, zero downtime. We're a literacy non-profit. That kind of execution is not what I expected to find.

Executive Director, Reading Rescue Ontario

Common questions

Questions, answered

Are the site and the data mine?

Yes. Your website code, your content, your contacts and your creative assets belong to you. It is written into our terms.

What does webfaCe Desk actually do here?

Desk is your assistant on the platform. It edits pages through the webfaCeMEdia connector, schedules social posts, sends email campaigns, reads the analytics, and in Code mode develops the site itself: it plans, writes the code, runs the tests and shows you the change before it goes live. It asks before doing anything it cannot undo. It does not replace the designer who finished your site — it does the work between design passes.

Is this a walled garden?

No. The site runs on standard web technology on your domain, your lists and posts export any time, and the analytics are readable from whichever assistant you already use. Nothing charges you per contact.

Do I have to take all of it?

No. Most clients start with the site and add the rest as they need it. Managed marketing is covered on the Marketing page, and webfaCe Desk is priced on webfacedesk.app.

What does it cost?

Sites are scoped after a call, because no two businesses need the same thing. Partners who license the whole platform and run it under their brand have a flat monthly price with no seat counts.

Start with the site. Add the rest when you need it.
