Onboarding in 7 steps

How the license works

From signed agreement to first client site in under a week. We run a repeatable 7-step orchestration — the same process that onboarded JMPort and runs every new deployment on the platform today.

A baseline. Then your craft.

The planner interviews you, researches your market, and ships a live site — deployed, working, ready for clients. What's left is the skin and the real content. No installation, no configuration, no deployment — that's already done.

What turns it into work worth charging for is the part nobody automates: brand voice, custom theming beyond tokens, layout judgment, real-world copy from real client conversations, custom modules built for one specific need. Licensees own that work. The platform team handles the code.

The onboarding process

Seven steps, roughly a week, same process every time. The sequence below is what JMPort went through and what every new licensee goes through today. Expand any step for detail.

1. Brand intake

Logo, colors, domain, tone. One form. Google Workspace provisioned under your domain via our referral.

2. Stack provisioning

We spin up your whitelabel deployment, wire Stripe, Brevo, Buffer, OpenAI, Anthropic, fal.ai, Whisper, Notion.

3. Auth & OAuth

Centralized auth proxy handles Google and Notion OAuth under your brand — no redirect URI juggling.

4. Site template

Your master client-site template goes live. Clone it per client in minutes, not days.

5. Agent configuration

Tone, guardrails, prompt library, and CRM source (Google Sheets or Notion) wired per client.

6. Billing & handoff

Stripe is live under your account. You own the customer relationship and the margin. We stay invisible.

7. Ongoing support

Weekly office hours, shared upgrade pipeline, stack updates pushed automatically. You ship, we maintain.
